Magic Attack

I dunno why, but I never draw pictures while the sun is still up... This was drawn at 2 AM. I like the scene in the picture, but it seems I really can use some pointers of how to draw things flapping in the strong wind, like her clothes and her hair. Also, since the clothes are supposed to be flapping violently against the wind, her body anatomy looks all off. Anyone have a suggestion on how to fis that? As for the outfit itself, I really like it, but now, I figure I did way too much on the shoes, because when I look at the picture, my attention seems to be directed more to the shoes than the theme of the picture, lol. Anyways, critique away, and when you do critique, please include why it looks wrong, and how it should've been drawn. Thanks! As for line quality, I was gonna but heck, it's 2 AM, I'm too tired for now, I'll get to it tomorrow, lol
