Date in the Rain

It's raining here, I haven't drawin anything in a while, and I was looking through some pictures. A certain fanart of Rei Ayanamy (Neon Genesis Evangelion) turned some inspiration on to me, and I decided to start drawing. You might've already noticed the Rei style hair. I decided to put in the rain and the umbrella, because it was raining pretty hard while I drew this. This is another picture that I'm pretty happy with, which is a rare treat for me ^_^. And as far as critique goes, I've been noticing how many (NOT ALL) people tell me what I did wrong, and never leave a note on what would've been right. I think it might help if you tell me what's wrong with the picture, and how you'd fix it. Anyway, critiqe is encouraged.
